AIMS expert: 'MetaSports Marathon Nha Trang brings international class'

Kim Vivian is an expert of the International Marathon Association (AIMS). Last year, he was the person who directly measured and certified the running track for all MetaSports Marathons, including Nha Trang. This year, the Australian expert decided to conquer the 21km distance at the MetaSports Marathon Nha Trang - a city that once impressed him with its picturesque scenery and vibrant pace of life.

Accompanying Mr. Kim on this journey is also his wife - Mrs. Robyn Scott. At exactly 4 o'clock, the couple joined thousands of runners, in turn conquering the most beautiful roads in the coastal city such as Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong, Luong Son pass. The long line of people followed each other, it took several minutes to cross the starting line, surprising Mr. Kim with the size of the tournament.

Mr. Kim said he rarely attends the tournaments he measured himself, but with MetaSports Marathon Nha Trang it is different. He loves Vietnam and enjoys the pace of life in tourist cities like Nha Trang. This city attracted him because of the beauty of a sea paradise with diverse terrains, natural landscapes and modern and ancient buildings. "This time in Australia is winter, very cold. Mr. Kim Vivian said that MetaSports Marathon Nha Trang is world class, especially in runner support. "The frequency and quality of the water and health stations are the best among the competitions I have participated in around the world," he asserted. In addition, Mr. Kim also said that the prize did well in the distribution of items when the Expo area was properly arranged, it only took a few minutes to receive the entire race-kit. Mr. Kim reached the finish line after 2 hours and 10 minutes. Meanwhile, his wife - Mrs. Robyn Scott finished after 2 hours and 15 minutes, ranked in the two age groups over 60. After the race, Mr. Kim stayed in Vietnam to travel to Nha Trang with his wife for an extra day. AIMS experts said that they will arrange to participate in more MetaSports Marathon events.

MetaSports Marathon Nha Trang 2023 kicks off on August 13 with a scale of 11,000 runners, up from 8,500 in 2022. This year's tournament has more than 300 international runners participating. Of these, a lot of people dispute the high rankings. Both 42km champions are foreign runners, with Nakajima winning the men's and Shelmith Muriuki winning the women's.
