After returning to the team, he was immediately deducted 80% of his salary by Binh Duong from April 2022 and pushed down to the U13 team and then U17 trained with the excuse of "arbitrarily quitting".

Frustrated by the punishment, he repeatedly sent documents with an order to call citizens to join the army and the confirmation of the Military Command to the club to explain, but did not receive an answer.

On May 12, the 24-year-old defender then submitted a complaint to the Vietnam Football Federation VFF. But it was not until the beginning of November that VFF issued a ruling that Tan Loc won the case and asked Binh Duong to cancel the discipline. The Thu land team must also pay the full salary from April 2022 to Tan Loc under the labor contract No. 5 and the interest on the underpaid salary, calculated according to the highest interest rate on demand deposits of banks. commercial goods at the present time.

Binh Duong and Tan Loc have the right to complain to the VFF Complaints Settlement Board. Otherwise, Binh Duong must pay Tan Loc within 45 days, from November 2, 2022.

However, Binh Duong disagreed with the VFF's ruling. They believe that Tan Loc's military service is due to the locality, not the club, and at the same time, accuses this player of looking for a way to liquidate the contract because another team is pulling... Club President Ho Hong Thach He said he was ready to take the matter to court.

Tan Loc said that he did not want the incident to be noisy because it affected the club, but so far the team has not been willing to implement the decision of the VFF. He even confirmed that while pursuing the case, he received a lot of threats, like he would try to hide his singles for two or three years so that he could not play football. "No matter what, I am still determined to pursue and believe that white cannot be painted black, cannot cover the sky with one hand, I still believe in justice," he said.
