But it was not until the beginning of November that VFF issued a ruling that Tan Loc won the case and asked Binh Duong to cancel the discipline. Binh Duong and Tan Loc have the right to complain to the VFF Complaints Settlement Board. Otherwise, Binh Duong must pay Tan Loc within 45 days, from November 2, 2022.

However, Binh Duong disagreed with the VFF's ruling. They believe that Tan Loc's military service is due to the locality, not the club, and at the same time, accuses this player of looking for a way to liquidate the contract because another team is pulling... Tan Loc said that he did not want the incident to be noisy because it affected the club, but so far the team has not been willing to implement the decision of the VFF.
