The Volleyball Championship of Asian Clubs will officially start at the end of this April in Vinh Phuc. Initially, the representative of Vietnam to attend this tournament was defending champion Geleximco Thai Binh, along with that, the Vietnam Volleyball Federation worked with AVC to create conditions for the women's volleyball team to also participate in this tournament. However, Thai Binh team later withdrew from participating, so the women's team will be the representative of Vietnam to attend this tournament under the name Sport Centre.

Recently, there has been a lot of information that Thanh Thuy will not be able to play in the Asian Club Championship because she cannot play in another club's shirt while in the contract period with PFU Bluecats. However, the Federation representative denied this and explained the problem clearly.

General Secretary Le Tri Truong exchanged: "Currently, Thanh Thuy's participation in the Asian Club Volleyball Championship has not encountered any problems or difficulties. In this tournament, the Vietnam Volleyball Federation Nam has worked with the Asian Volleyball Federation to create conditions for the women's team to participate in a close match at home.

This has been done in many countries before. If Thanh Thuy performs a national mission, it will not affect the club in which this player is playing. The women's team will be named Sport Center to participate in the Asian Club Championship, so there will be no problems with clubs with athletes participating in the competition."

Thus, Thanh Thuy can completely compete in the 2023 Asian Club Championship volleyball tournament without encountering any problems or difficulties. In the past, the name Sport Center was used by the Federation to participate in a number of tournaments. In this year's tournament, the biggest goal of the women's team is not to focus on achievements, but to monitor the performance of the players, thereby selecting the best 14 athletes to go to Cambodia to participate in the SEA Games. 32.

Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team will be in Group A with representatives of Iran, Japan and Chinese Taipei. The Volleyball Championship of Asian Clubs will start from April 25 to May 2 at Vinh Phuc Province.
