Chelsea target Arsenal, Barca

According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have made a $73 million offer for Leeds. That's more than double the 36 million Leeds turned down at Arsenal last week. Arsenal made a new offer, but could not compete with Chelsea.

The rest of the Stamford Bridge team's job is to negotiate personal terms with Raphinha. This is not a big deal, and the Brazilian winger is likely to sign in July.
