Coach Tholot: 'Pau did not know how to take advantage of the space'
No specific players, but coach Tholot still pointed out the points that have not been pau in the first defeat. "If we play more fiercely in the defense, we can last longer," he said. Despite losing, coach Tholot is still optimistic because he thinks this is the first match. He said that Pau needs to improve his personal and teammates. "After this failure, I believe the students will revive in the next week's match," he emphasized.
Pau will play the first match at home to meet Dijon on the evening of August 6, in Hameau with a capacity of more than 18,000 seats. In the first round, Dijon won the Saint-Etienne visitors 2-1.
