England midfielder Kevin de Bruyne loudly shouted at coach Pep Guardiola right after losing the ball in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final victory over Real 4-0.

Early in the second half, receiving the ball from Erling Haaland, De Bruyne pitched the ball instead of passing it to Jack Grealish and was robbed by Eder Militao. Outside the touchline, Guardiola was not satisfied, waved his hand and shouted loudly to remind his students to pass the ball. De Bruyne immediately turned, angry and shouted "Shut up, shut up" and ran back to the midfield. Guardiola then turned to enter the technical area.

In the 84th minute, Guardiola pulled De Bruyne off the field to make way for Phil Foden. The two teachers and students shook hands, exchanged briefly and hugged each other outside the border. During his time on the field, De Bruyne touched the ball 66 times, passed with 71% accuracy with two key passes, missed the target once and lost the ball 24 times.

After the game, when asked about the controversy with De Bruyne, Guardiola said that Man City played a bit rushed at the beginning of the second half, and should have had better control of the ball. The Spanish coach also pointed out that Ilkay Gundogan once lost the ball dangerously, and De Bruyne had three times to aim the ball forward inappropriately.

"But that's normal. When you come close to victory, you rush. We used to pay for this. But overall, Man City had an extraordinary game," Guardiola expressed.

The 52-year-old coach was also proud when Man City showed bravery and calm to overcome the pain of losing to Real in the semi-final second leg of the Champions League last season. "The pent up pain from last year's loss is released today. The way we lost last year was really cruel. It felt like a cure, but the whole team had to swallow that poison to get back to today. ", said Guardiola.

Guardiola also praised Rodri - the only Man City player to receive 10 points from Spanish newspaper Marca. "Everybody talks about Haaland, but without Rodri Man City wouldn't be in the final," he said. "Rodri has become Man City's best midfielder and played a sublime season."

Crushing Real with a total score of 5-1, Man City continues to dream of eating this three seasons. Guardiola's teachers and students will be crowned Premier League if they beat Chelsea at Etihad on May 21, play against Man Utd in the FA Cup final at Wembley on June 3, and meet Inter Milan in the Champions League final at Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul. 10/6.
