Stretching her shoulders, taking a deep breath, Anna Le said this was her favorite moment of the day. Her body felt full of energy. For the past three years, this schedule has repeated itself.

"Running is like breakfast, extremely important. My new day usually begins with striding on the street. A day without running is uncomfortable in my limbs. Gradually, it became like the most important companion for me. ", Anna Le shared.

After training, the Hanoi-born runner returned home, performing the role of wife and mother in the family. She cooks breakfast for her husband and daughter, cleans the house, and gets ready for work. The restaurant business in the past few years has been affected by the epidemic. She finds direction by developing a lounge system and is planning to open more pubs in Nha Trang. The work pressure is great but others always see the energetic businesswoman. The secret lies in running. "The more stressful work I want to run, the more I want to run. It helps me stay healthy, train my will, calm, and be more confident when facing other difficulties in life," she said.

Running for a few years, Anna Le's results improved. She continuously stood at the podium to receive the 21km race at MetaSports Marathon. A steady series of achievements around the HM sub 1:30 mark brought her to the Top 100 at many VM awards.

Anna Le said that she can pursue the love of running thanks to the support of her whole family, especially her husband and daughter. The husband creates the maximum conditions for Anna Le to have time to practice after stressful working hours, and the daughter always accompanies her mother in every tournament. Family support helps Anna Le easily balance running and other activities in life.

"I believe women can do anything, whether it's financial independence or pursuing dreams of conquering the world. Just believe and confidently walk your own path on your own two feet," Anna Le said. speak.

There are many "running addicts" girls like Anna Le. For women, running brings a lot of benefits. In addition to the known health effects such as helping to lose weight, keep fit, improve the heart, bones and joints, this sport also has a strong impact on the spirit. Studies published in the journal Science Direct, or the University of Iowa, show that sport is a huge source of energy that helps women reduce stress significantly, increase concentration, and improve self-confidence. Nguyen Thi Tra Giang - the "pink shadow" of Ha Tinh running also makes many people admire because of her abundant energy. Runner born in 1992 laughs almost every moment he runs. Giang has only been with this sport for three years, but it feels like he's been used to it for more than ten years. A day without running is uncomfortable.

The work in the office sits quietly, occasionally working late at night. Exercise every morning is Jiang's way of preparing energy for a long day. Occasionally, when she was in a traffic jam after work, she stopped her car and parked it in the park. She would not go back until the road was clear. In the evening, runners choose to exercise between 9 and 10 p.m. "Running addiction" is Chajiang talking about his state. Even in the days when she was injured, she would sweat hard, so that she could sleep comfortably. "Thanks to this, I found myself more active and relaxed. Adherence and discipline, taking exercise as the goal, is to build self-awareness and take work seriously," shared the runner living in Hanoi.

Ha Thi Hau - 42km champion of MetaSports Marathon Ha Long is also a prime example of passionate women running. On the cold days of Sapa, the female runner still decided to challenge herself from the early morning, running through the steep slopes or the slippery dirt roads. Rain, sun, or fog cover the entire path, running without giving up a single day of practice. Hau's training schedule is dense, sometimes 2-3 times a day, sometimes heavy training for 4 hours in a row, combined with cycling.

The champion said running brings many benefits, especially mental. The subject initially came to her as a way to lose weight, stay healthy and relieve stress when the tour guide job was interrupted because of the epidemic. After that, the subject was as closely linked as the picture with the ball. "Once you run, you will know this subject is attractive, can't stop. Just shoes and a shirt that is airy enough to absorb sweat, anyone can participate," the 34-year-old runner shared.

Ha Thi Hau competed in many tournaments during the year, most of which had championship results. It is possible to make money from competing, but the female runner continues to stick with her tourism industry. Her job helps her meet many people, listen to many stories and have many interesting experiences with tourists from many countries. After practice and working hours, the single mother spends time with her 7-year-old son. The running star also has everyday worries in education and shaping when her son starts going to school. "Without running, I think it's hard for me to have the confidence and courage to do a good job and take care of my family," said the Lao Cai runner.

Ha Hau, Anna Le, Tra Giang all consider this sport an indispensable friend. Persevering in pursuit, they achieved much success. If Ha Hau is the "queen of trail running" of Vietnam, the other two names also regularly stand on the podium and appear in the Top 100 list of the MetaSports Marathon system. They represent a generation of dynamic, independent women who confidently pursue their dreams and inspire the community.
