Hanoi is close to the V-League championship 2022

Hanoi Hanoi FC won Viettel 1-0 in round 24 on the evening of 9/11, thereby returning to the top of the table and only one point away from the V-League 2022 championship.

Not the home team's match, but some Hai Phong fans still flocked to Hang Day Stadium to cheer Viettel on defeating Hanoi, thereby helping their team keep the top of the table and maintain the hope of winning the V-League 2022. However, they had to leave disappointed when Hanoi won the minimum to return to the top position. After 24 rounds, the capital team reached 47 points, two points more than Hai Phong and one game less.

This means that in the next round on November 13, Hanoi only needs to draw with Ha Tinh to win the championship, even if Hai Phong wins their last match this season - SLNA.

Lucas was the only scorer in the game in the 60th minute. But the first goal belonged to Le Xuan Tu's escape phase on the left. Despite being surrounded by Phan Tuan Tai, Le Thanh Binh and Tran Nguyen Manh, "number 25" was still able to pass the ball to Lucas to score the ball into an empty net.

Before the goal, Hanoi faced many difficulties before Viettel - the team with the best defense in the V-League 2022 when only conceding 13 goals. The absence of captain Nguyen Van Quyet due to injury makes Hanoi's attacks somewhat lacking in mutation. Pham Tuan Hai and Mujan Tonci are often "hungry for the ball", unable to threaten Nguyen Manh's goal.

There was only one chance in the first half, 25 minutes into the game. From Lucas's escape on the left, the ball was returned to Xuan Tu. In the unaccompanied position, the home player missed the shot, so it was not dangerous.

While the public line was deadlocked, Hanoi's defense also became fragile, due to the loss of full-backs Doan Van Hau (suspended) and Do Duy Manh (physical fitness is not guaranteed). It was thanks to the luck of coach Chun Jae-ho's team that they did not concede a goal. In the 29th minute, Gieovane's header made goalkeeper Bui Tan Truong stand still, but the ball hit the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, it was Duy Thuong's turn to make coach Bae Ji-won hold his head in regret, when he could not defeat the Hanoi goalkeeper in the face-to-face position.

In the 58th minute, coach Chun Jae-ho had to launch midfielder Do Duy Manh to replace striker Mujan Tonci, switching from a 4-4-2 to 3-5-2. Just two minutes later, the home team converted into the opening goal. Ten minutes later, Lucas escaped to catch Van Kien's ball, volleyed and hit the crossbar. He then got up and kicked Nguyen Manh's net, but the referee waved the flag to catch offside, causing Hanoi's foreign soldiers to lose their super.

Hanoi then reduced the beat, playing firmly to preserve the score. They kept the result 1-0 until the time was up.
