Ho Chi Minh City team surprised at the cross-Vietnam cycling tournament

Loc Troi Group won the race in Quang Ngai as expected, thanks to the combination of the personal forte of timekeeping of foreign soldier Petr Rikunov with the leading internal army of the Vietnamese cycling village. But the performance of Ho Chi Minh City New Group when finishing second in the race with a route of 31km with ramps up Co Luy bridge was considered a big surprise.

This achievement also helped Rikunov protect successfully defended the title of Yellow Vest.

Not only that, the Loc Troi Group team also helped racer Tang Quy Trong rise to fourth in the individual standings, just behind three foreign players Rikunov, Igor Frolov, Vladislav Duiunov. Quy Trong thus rose to wear the Orange shirt for the best domestic cyclist, replacing the driver of the HCM City New Group team Nguyen Van Binh.

In the race for the White Shirt for the excellent young driver, Le Hai Dang of the Domesco Dong Thap Pharmaceutical team temporarily rose to "tear" the shirt of the cyclist of Military Region 7 Pham Le Xuan Loc.

The other titles remained unchanged as Rikunov kept both the Yellow and Blue Shirts. Ho Chi Minh City driver Vinama Igor Frolov wears a red shirt.

On April 12, the team racing stage 10 from Quang Ngai to Binh Dinh was 179km long.
