Jayson Tatum's funny reaction after the Celtics vs Lakers drama: "I don't remember anything"
Making the most of their chances and a bit of luck, the Boston Celtics beat the Los Angeles Lakers in extra time with a final score of 125-121.
Quite understandable when the Lakers' collective reaction was extremely harsh because the referee ignored a foul by a Celtics player at the last second, sending the game into extra time.
What about Jayson Tatum, who "gets off the hook" after fouling LeBron James, his answer after the game was quite humorous.
“I don't remember anything in the last two minutes of the fourth and extra time. Maybe I have to watch the video again to find out because everything is so fast," Tatum said, smiling to reporters.
"I did not know what had happened. Just know that we won a game where both teams played really well. Now it's time to move on to the next match. That's all I can say."
The controversial ending gave the Boston Celtics a chance to win in extra time, from which they overcame the Lakers with a score of 125-121. This match helped the TD Garden team to firmly establish the No. 1 position in the East and own the best win-loss record in the entire NBA.
Experts consider this to be a very good match with an attractive game. The two teams were constantly tit-for-tat, offering a spectacular showdown for the audience. Unfortunately, the referee's error overshadowed the efforts of both the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers.
"Speaking of which, it looks like they (referee - PV) missed a late-game foul, but they'll be fine. It's life," Tatum added.
