Cactus Nick Kyrgios's arm entered Wimbledon's finals with the Rafa Nadal to quit.

"I don't want to get to the final in this way, but I want to compete with Nadal. We play at Wimbledon, which should be the third chapter of the game. No one wants a tennis important person like Nadal. Must quit the competition," Kyegos said at a press conference on July 8.

The Australian tennis player hopes his opponent will recover soon and continue to have the opportunity to face Nadal in Grand Slam. Kjeldahl believes that fans all want to see a wonderful confrontation between him and Nadal.

The day after beating Taylor Fritz in the quarter-finals on July 6, Nadal announced that he could not reach the semi-finals because of a torn abdominal muscle. The Spanish tennis player's decision is regrettable as he is on the verge of conquering all four Grand Slams this year after winning the Australian Open and French Open.

"I didn't talk to Nadal. When I was preparing dinner, I found him gone. My first feeling was very disappointed because Nadal always controlled his emotions well on the court and he was very good. I believe Nadal's decision to give up was not easy because his goal is to win the whole Grand Slam this season," Kyegos said.

This is the first time that Kyegos has reached the Grand Slam final. The 1995-born player's opponent will be Novak Djokovic, who beat Cameron Norrie 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4 in the semi-finals. Kyegos admits he never thought he could make it to a Grand Slam final, even though he once topped the ITF's Young Players rankings.

The Wimbledon men's singles final between Djokovic and Kyegos will be held at 8pm on July 10.
