Details of League of Legends 13.14 update:
At 03:00 on July 18, 2023 (UK time): The ranked queue will return BUT the ranked matches will not count towards the Season 1 OR Term 2 rewards. You will still keep the Term 1 OR Term 2 rewards. 1 when participating in these matches. So use this time to relax or warm up for Season 2.
Some changes in the mid-season ranking period:
- Removed the promotion chain between the troupes
- The number of qualifying matches required has been reduced from 10 to 5
- Added the Emerald tier, a new tier between Platinum and Diamond.
Q/Demon Sword Darkin
Q1 Damage: 10/30/50/70/90 (+60/65/70/775/80% AD) ⇒ 10/25/40/55/70 (+60/70/80/90/100% AD) (Note: This change will buff by 0/100/100/100/100 AD. Q2 will still deal 25% more base damage and the third slash will still deal 50% more.)
Min damage to minions: 55% ⇒ 55/60/65/70% (levels 1/6/11/16)

- Shield: 40/55/70/85/100 (+25% AP) (+9% bonus health) ⇒ 45/60/75/90/105 (+30% AP) (+9% bonus health) )
- Damage per magic ball: 18/30/42/54/66 (+15% AP) ⇒ 18/30/42/54/66 (+18% AP)

AP Ratio: 50-130 (+50%) => 50-130 (+60%)
Passive/Fantastic Authority
- The Ice Slave will stop at the last frame before exploding The Ice Slave will chase the target until it explodes
- Ice Slaves will now chase enemies into the Bush if they are being chased by Ice Slaves
- Enemies can see the Ice Slave even without vision
Q/Ice Shard
- Slow applies to all enemies hit
- Q will now be launched at the location after casting, instead of the location before casting
R/Tomb of Ice Ice
- Heal: 90/140/190 (+25% AP) (increasing by 0 - 100% based on missing health) ⇒ 100/150/200 (+55% AP) (increasing by 0 - 100% based on missing health) (Note: Maximum heal value will now be 30% or less health instead of 0% health.)
- Area slow ratio: 4 times per second ⇒ 16 times per second
Q/Cheating
- Bonus Damage: 25-65 (+50% bonus AD) => 25-65 (+60% bonus AD)
- Critical Damage on Back Stab: 140% => 155%
R/Clone
- Dark Claw's passive now correctly applies to Shaco's clone
Q/Dual Dragon Player
AD Ratio: 20/35/50/65/80% AD (+25% AP) ⇒ 20/40/60/80/100% AD (+25% AP)
Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds
- New Q skill: Next 2 attacks will increase attack speed by 40/45/50/55/60%
E/Dragon's Breath
- Attack damage to marked enemies: 3% target's health => 3% target's health + 1% per 100 base AD
Passive/Rage Storm

Q/Thunder Movement
- Removed bug in Volibear's basic attack when stun with high attack speed.

- Energy: 459 => 400
Passive/Energy Impulse
- Cooldown: 12 seconds => 16 seconds
- New: Reduces by 2 seconds when killing 1 unit, can be activated when hitting a turret
R/Magic Rite
- Reactivation time: 3-5 seconds => 4-6 seconds
Damage: 200-300 (+45% SMTP) => 180-280 (+40% SMTP)
- Bonus damage every time you hit an enemy champion: 20-30 (+5% AP)
Passive/Garden of Thorns
- Damage taken by trees with wide area damage attacks: 4 => 3
- Damage taken by plants with ranged attacks: 4 => 5
- Plant damage to jungle monsters: 150% to non-big monster units => 40-100 AP (depending on level) to all monster units

- Now has 2 stacks when first upgrading
E/Roots Binding
- No longer locked when used in conjunction with Flash
R/Strange Thorns
- Zyra can now cast spells at full range instead of entering the area before casting

- Slow for melee champions: 10-20% (based on level) => 5-20% (based on level)
Green Charm
- Skill Cooldown: 10 at all ranks => 5-20 (depending on level)
- 8 players will be divided into 4 four teams, each team consists of 2 players.
- Teams will take turns fighting each other in rotating battle rounds.
- After each battle round, they will be strengthened with unique Upgrades until only one team survives.
- The battle will take place on 4 Arenas different in size, terrain structure and diverse themes.
- Generals from the Star Martial Master universe will occasionally appear in matches. Sometimes they'll power-ups to help you win the battle, sometimes they just show up to cheer you up.
