Italy's striker Romelu Lukaku equalized 1-1 in the fifth minute and then sparked a scuffle that made himself and two other players receive a red card in the first leg of the Italian Cup semi-final against Juventus.

In the 93rd minute, when injury time was just over 20 seconds, midfielder Bremer misjudged the drop and let the ball touch his hand from a header from Denzel Dumfries. After going to the border to consult VAR, referee Davide Massa gave Inter a penalty.

On the 11m mark, Lukaku dropped to the left corner, while goalkeeper Mattia Perin poured to the right, making the score 1-1. After scoring, the Belgian striker put his hand to his mouth, signaled to be quiet and directed to Curva Sud - the area behind the southern goal, which gathers groups of loyal Juventus fans. Lukaku also had provocative words that caused Juventus fans to react violently and throw many objects on the field.

Some Juventus players felt Lukaku's celebration was disrespectful and clashed with the 29-year-old. Juan Cuadrado, who had put Juventus ahead just minutes before, seemed to be one of the most annoying players and the two sides argued fiercely.

Things only cooled down when Lukaku received a second yellow card. He came on for Edin Dzeko in the 69th minute, received the first yellow card for a foul on Federico Gatti in the 80th minute and was sent off at the end of the game.

But it's not over yet. Tensions continued after the final whistle when players from both teams clashed on the field. Cuadrado and Samir Handanovic both received red cards, while many Inter and Juventus players continued to chase and fight in the tunnels and locker rooms.

According to Football Italy, the group of Juventus fans in Curva Sud racist and make monkey noises, causing Lukaku to celebrate after scoring and causing a scuffle with Juventus. "Obviously, we felt the racist insults. Lukaku scored, delighted and everything happened from there," coach Simone Inzaghi said after the game. "Now I have to stay awake and think that Lukaku's celebration took away an important Inter player. The game was calm and fair until the 95th minute."

Yesterday, Juventus was absent Paul Pogba and Leonardo Bonucci, Federico Chiesa was only fit to sit on the bench, while Inter did not have the services of Hakan Calhanoglu and Milan Skriniar. This is a re-enactment of the final of the Italian Cup and the Italian Super Cup last season - where Inter both won in extra time. But in Serie A last month, "Old Lady" got revenge when she won 1-0 thanks to Filip Kostic.

The two teams created a double attack, with Angel Di Maria owning the first chance but failing to beat Perin in the head-to-head position, while Lautaro Martinez headed over the bar. In the 33rd minute, Marcelo Brozovic put his right foot and was blocked by Perin. At the beginning of the second half, Nicolo Fagioli caught the ball smoothly, but Dusan Vlahovic hit the top of the box to hit the bar.

The difference was only made in the 83rd minute, when Adrien Rabiot's cross hit the Inter player's head and went to Cuadrado's position on the right. The Colombian midfielder saved a beat and then shot Handanovic diagonally.

But the host did not preserve the advantage when Lukaku conceded a goal in the fifth minute of compensation. The away goals rule no longer applies from this season, and the two teams have to do it again in the second leg at Giuseppe Meazza on April 26.
