Man City knocks Chelsea out of League Cup
Scoring two goals in five minutes, Pep Guardiola's teachers and students beat Chelsea 2-0 in the third round of the League Cup on the evening of 9/11.
The two teams came out with a lineup that lacked many pillars. Man City do not have Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne and Chelsea, Raheem Sterling, Kai Havertz or Mason Mount are all out. Young players, like Rico Lewis, Sergio Gomez, Cole Palmer of Man City or Lewis Hall, Armando Broja of Chelsea are given opportunities.
