MetaSports Marathon cooperates with VPBank Hanoi International Marathon

This is the latest cooperation agreement between Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank VPBank and FPT Online Services Joint Stock Company (FPT Online) - the operator of the largest MetaSports Marathon series in Vietnam. Accordingly, MetaSports Marathon will provide professional advice and operation for the VPBank Hanoi International Marathon (VPIM) thanks to its leading technologies and professional running experience.

VPIM is the official annual international sports event of Hanoi and also a key and traditional sports activity on the occasion of the capital's liberation day on October 10. VPIM 2023 will officially start on Sunday morning, October 8, including 4 distances 5, 10, 21 and 42km. The athletes started from Ho Guom walking street and ran through the old streets. The organizing committee built the running track in the spirit of connecting famous landmarks of the capital with symbolic works of dynamism and modernity. The tournament attracts 10,000 runners, registration is now closed.

On this occasion, VPBank also announced an agreement to accompany the MetaSports Marathon Ho Chi Minh City Midnight in the period 2024 - 2028. This is a new tournament in the MetaSports Marathon system, held for the first time in February 2023. The tournament attracts 10,000 athletes running through the most beautiful streets of Ho Chi Minh City at the moment of midnight. The representative of the unit said that this cooperation is aimed at promoting the spirit of sports and promoting Vietnam's tourism, bringing the tournament to an international level.

MetaSports Marathon now has tournaments in popular tourist destinations. Each tournament averages 10,000 athletes. The entire track of the system is certified to the AIMS running standard. By the end of 2023, the MetaSports Marathon will host a total of 16 runs and two Aquaman triathlons. The representative of the unit said that the tournament system is a bridge to bring sports and running to the people in the country. "The cooperation with VPBank will contribute to raising the level of marathon tournaments in the future," said a representative of MetaSports Marathon.

For VPBank, this unit said that running is a culture and a strategy to promote the spirit of "For a prosperous Vietnam". This bank has organized and accompanied 10 major running tournaments for the community. "We hope that accompanying MetaSports Marathon will create new things for the running movement in Vietnam," a bank representative said.
