Metasports marathon Ha Long comes from 3 hours

Metasports Marathon Amazing Ha Long will have two separate starting gates - at Vinhomes Square (Hon Gai) for 42, 21 km distance and from the Sun Square (Bai Chay) for 5, 10 km. In this tournament, to limit the influence of summer weather, full marathon athletes will run from 3h, Half Marathon from 4:15.

The counter of Vinhomes Square is opened from 2 hours, and at the Sun Square from 4am. The short -distance athletes will simultaneously depart at 6:15 pm.

All of them finish the same point in front of the Sun Square. Cut-off Time landmarks in four roads are 7:30 am, 8h15, 7:45 and 9:30. After closing the run, the Organizing Committee will conduct the awards ceremony, within 10h - 11h.

Earlier, from 12h on 22/7 to 17:00 on July 23, athletes participated in VM Ha Long to the Sun Square area to receive Bib and Race-Kit. Bib broadcast the area corresponding to each distance. Like other metasports marathon, the athletes use the QR Code to email to authenticate identity and receive BIB in minutes. Race-kit bags for participants include running shirts, hats, cloth bags, gloves, Bib belts and a series of items from sponsors.

The opening night of Metasports Marathon Amazing Ha Long will take place from 20h at the main stage right in the square. The music night has the participation of many singers who are loved by young people, such as Amee, Thai Dinh, Rica.

VM Ha Long is the third tournament of the Metasports Marathon system held in 2022. This is the first time the tournament comes to the coastal city, bringing the athletes to stride on the roads with the view of the bay. The event witnessed the number of record registration in VM tournaments when reaching 11,000 participants.

To ensure safety, the Organizing Committee arranged three Master medical stations, and many stations often with an average distance of 4 km. The team includes doctors and nurses of Quang Ninh Department of Health, Provincial General Hospital, Bai Chay Hospital, Pediatric Hospital, Emergency Transport Center and Ha Long Medical Center have been mobilized in The groups work at the event.

Currently, the organization is nearly completed, ready to welcome tens of thousands of athletes and families.
