Hanoi After the 9th Congress, the Vietnam Football Federation continued to let Mr. Duong Van Hien hold the position of head of the Referee Board until the Executive Committee meeting.

After the meeting of the VFF Standing Committee, the new Secretary General Duong Nghiep Khoi had a meeting with leaders of VFF's functional departments. Therefore, Mr. Hien continues to hold the position of Head of the Arbitration Committee until the VFF meets the Executive Committee.

Before the 9th Congress, Mr. Hien was one of 25 candidates recommended by some member organizations to run for the Executive Committee. However, the former FIFA referee later withdrew. Based on FIFA's recommendation, from keyword 9, members of the Referee Committee and the Sports Medicine Committee will not be members of the VFF Executive Committee.
