Rapid Medical Support System for VM Ha Long 2022

The team consists of 18 doctors of Quang Ninh Department of Health, 22 nurses from local hospitals that have been mobilized and arranged in medical teams along the way. The tournament also built a dense health system along the roads, following the criteria of quick reaction, effective support.
VM Ha Long 2022 will have three Master medical stations, one located at the finish area and the other two stations are arranged at two points on the run. Each station will have doctors, nurses and volunteers who are continuous medical students, ensuring quick support when the emergency situation occurs.
In addition, there are other medical stations along the track, each with a distance of 1.5 to 2 kilometers. At these stations, doctors and medical volunteers are on duty to provide support for athletes. In order to respond quickly, the organizing committee also arranged three mobile medical motorcycles to patrol along the way to find and respond to emergencies in time. Six ambulances are on duty at Master Medical Station, operated by doctors and medical team leaders.
Dr. Vu Quang Hung said the medical team, which includes doctors, nurses and volunteers, must work with a high degree of centrality on the day of running. Ensure smooth communication between the medical station, mobile motorcycle and coordination team, so as to find and quickly respond to the health problems faced by athletes.
