He won Chelsea 2-0 in the second leg, the total score was 4-0, Real Madrid entered the semi-finals of the Champions League against Man City or Bayern Munich.

Rodrygo opened the scoring in the second leg with a simple cushion, then celebrated the goal in the style of Cristiano Ronaldo's swing dance. The second goal of the 22-year-old striker was even simpler when it was cleared by Federico Valverde. The final victory 4-0 helped Real Madrid knock out Chelsea for the second consecutive season in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Their opponent in the semi-finals is likely to be Man City - the team that led Bayern three goals after the first leg.

Real also had a difficult time at Stamford Bridge, about the second half of the first half and the beginning of the second half. Chelsea also created many good opportunities but failed to take advantage, even conceding goals because of defensive mistakes.

The first half took place with high intensity, when Real initially tried to keep the ball a lot but was quickly closed by the opponent. On the counterattack, the home side created the first danger with N'Golo Kante's left-footed volley wide of the post. After that, the away team gave up the game, to play defense and counter-attack.

Chelsea gradually kept the ball more, but Real was still dangerous with two young Brazilian stars on the border, including Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo. 20 minutes, Rodrygo received the ball in the right penalty area, pushed a beat and then hit the edge of the crossbar.

The most dangerous situation in the first half belonged to Chelsea in the first minute of injury, when Reece James crossed from the right to the second column for Marc Cucurella. This left-back blocked the ball in front of the goal with only Courtois, more than 5m away, but his shot was pushed by the goalkeeper with his hand. The Real players ran to hug Courtois as he made an unbelievable save.

Chelsea continued to dominate in the second half and created another tenth opportunity after 52 minutes. Midfielder Conor Gallagher bounced off a high header and Kante shot a one-touch shot from less than 5 yards, but the ball hit the centre-back's hip. Eder Militao flew out.

Wasting the opportunity, Chelsea paid the price six minutes later. Rodrygo sped past Trevoh Chalobah on the right, then passed the second column to Vinicius. Vinicius did not shoot, but passed it to Rodrygo, easily cushioning the ball close to the net.

The two Brazilian stars continued to be the inspiration for Real's second goal at Stamford Bridge in the 80th minute. Starting from a long pass, Vinicius received the ball on the left and then passed it to Federico Valverde. The Uruguayan midfielder pushed the ball down to face the goalkeeper and then passed it to Rodrygo to shoot from close range into an empty net. This is Rodrygo's 15th Champions League goal in 37 matches, surpassing the achievement of Brazilian legend Ronaldo.

Chelsea was eliminated, leaving England only Man City in the Champions League. The London team is in danger of not participating in the European Cup next season after being ranked 11th in the Premier League. And Real stands closer to the goal of defending the championship.
