Revealing the Vietnam 3x3 men's team at the Asia Tour 3x3: Running momentum for the 32nd SEA Games

Not long after revealing the women's team for the Asia Tour 3x3 2023, led by the return of Truong Thao My and Truong Thao Vy, the Vietnam 3x3 men's team appeared on the tournament's event page.

Accordingly, head coach Le Tran Minh Nghia and 4 students will leave for Manila, Philippines to attend the 3x3 basketball tournament pre-SEA Games 32. The list of 4 players includes:

- Justin Young

The Vietnamese team will compete in the Asia Tour 3x3 2023 with the name "VN Red & Gold", the same name as the women's team.In the men's event, Justin Young and his teammates will compete with 11 teams. from countries like Malaysia, Philippines or Singapore.

This is a FIBA ​​3x3 Lite Quest qualified event. Therefore, if the team wins, the team will be able to compete in the future FIBA ​​Challenger qualifiers.

The Asia Tour 3x3 2023 will be a better opportunity for the Vietnamese 3x3 basketball team to practice right before the 32nd SEA Games, which is scheduled to start in early May.

Not only will be able to compete against each other to check the training process, the two teams led by coach Le Tran Minh Nghia and coach David John Grice will partly experience some potential opponents at the Games.

It is known that Singapore and Malaysia will send the best names to the Asia Tour 3x3 2023 because they have the same goal as Vietnam, which is to test fire before the big battle.
