Ronaldo for sale villa in Manchester
The villa, located in the upmarket neighborhood of Alderley Edge, has been described by estate agent Jackson-Stops as a "masterpiece of modern design".
This luxury Ronaldo residence in Manchester has a private guest house, indoor swimming pool, modern gym, tennis court, sauna, swimming pool, six-person jacuzzi, faucet facilities shower, movie room and relaxation area. It also has a garage, a winery, and an annex with a separate bedroom.
In early 2022, Ronaldo arrived at Al Nassr under a contract until June 2025, with a salary of $ 200 million and closed 20 years of playing in Europe. He then rented a huge apartment at the 99-storey Kingdom Tower building, one of the tallest buildings in Saudi Arabia, to live with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and their children.
However, according to Sunsport, Ronaldo had already left the apartment and moved into a private house in the Middle East, before his mother Dolores Aveiro boarded a private jet from Madeira to Riyadh over the weekend. Aveiro posted a photo with Ronaldo's eldest son on social media and wrote: "Accompanied by my son".
Details about Ronaldo's new home are not known yet, but it is said to be located in an exclusive complex with top-level security. Here, the 38-year-old striker and his family have easy access to shops, restaurants, gyms and many other amenities. Ronaldo is rented only and has not purchased this new villa.
Sunsport says one of the neighborhoods Ronaldo looked at before announcing his departure from the Premier League was Al Muhammadiyah, which has great nightlife and some of the best restaurants in town. Al Nakheel - an area with many of the best international schools for education - is also touted as an ideal destination for former Real and Juventus players.
Once retired, Ronaldo is expected to return with his family to the villa near Lisbon - which is still under construction and is expected to be completed in the summer. Earlier this year, Sunsport revealed construction costs had skyrocketed from $12 million to $20 million. But Ronaldo's mansion will cost even more as he refines construction plans with top architect, Vitor Vitorino.
Ronaldo owns many properties, including two apartments in Lisbon, two villas on the outskirts of Madrid and an 8-storey building in Funchal, Madeira - where Ronaldo's mother and brother live.
The Portuguese striker also spent 18.5 million USD to buy an apartment at Trump Tower, New York, USA. Besides high-class furniture, the apartment also meets the needs of space with an area of 233 square meters. It has three bedrooms and a view of the park, the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center and the Hudson River. This property once belonged to the Italian-born real estate mogul, Alessandro Proto.
