Saunders: Francis Ngannou couldn't last 2 rounds with Tyson Fury
Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou have scheduled a fight in October according to the Boxing rules, adding a classic match between two schools of the world martial arts village. Even the amount of money Francis Ngannou received was gradually revealed.
Speaking from a professional perspective, Joe Joyce - Olympic silver medalist Rio 2016 gave his views after a scrim with former UFC champion Francis Ngannou.
"I trained with Francis Ngannou before the Daniel Dubois match, he was a big, powerful guy. It was a good experience to practice with him, a mutant of nature with incredible strength. Most of the time I had to avoid his swings to protect my head." Joe Joyce narrated.
That may be Joyce's cliché after the experience with "The Predator". However, Billy Joe Saunders - former British super-middleweight WBO champion, who claims to have witnessed this scrim, made another harsh comment.
It's hard to compare a champion ranked among the best in heavyweight history like Tyson Fury with an MMA fighter like Francis Ngannou. Although "The Predator" has ended many opponents in the UFC arena with his thunderous punches.
Perhaps, the professional factor is not all that the audience expects in this match, because maybe everyone just wants to witness another classic match in the "Boxing vs. MMA" story.
