Team runner at Hanoi night race has 3 weeks left to buy Bib
The registration portal for MetaSports Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2023 is in the super early stage - SEB (until 23:59 on March 15). Runners need to complete their individual Bib registration during this time if they want to participate in the team tournament lineup.
March 15 is also a milestone that teams need to complete their list of team members and send to the Organizing Committee.
Like last season, the organizers stipulate that each team needs 20 official athletes. In which, 10 people registered for the 21km distance with at least 4 women and 10 people for the 42km distance, with at least 2 women. Each person can only join one team. VM Hanoi Midnight 2023 increases the number of reserve athletes to 5 people. This change is based on the plan to improve the quality of the team racing category and the comments from the clubs.
Currently, a number of clubs such as Ho Lon Team, VKL Runners (Hanoi), Thai Binh Runners, Ha Tinh Runners said they have preliminary squads. All have changed, improved in quantity and quality, ready to compete for the high position. Several other groups are monitoring the registration of the SEB phase to recruit elite runners of the movement to the team.
The team category is only for movement players. Professional athletes or are members of teams or receive support, receive salary (official contract, collaborator) of any professional sports team or club (according to article 49 of the Law on Sports and Physical Training). 2006) in Vietnam are not allowed to join the group. In the MetaSports Marathon system, the team category is a separate point, only available at MetaSports Marathon Hanoi Midnight. Currently, the registration portal for the team category MetaSports Marathon Hanoi Midnight 2023 is open. Runners who want to participate in this distance need to register at the super early stage. Clubs close the list and register members before March 15.
