Tran Dang Dang Khoa completed 10km at MetaSports Marathon Hue
The travel blogger said that the MetaSports Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 is one of the most poetic and romantic runs he has ever attended. The road is lined with green trees, light drizzle, fresh air, cool... more motivation for athletes to reach the finish line.
Because he wanted to save his memories of the first time he competed at the MetaSports Marathon system, Dang Khoa chose the Ao Dai that had traveled the world with him by motorbike. Travelers like Vietnamese traditional costumes and stand out wherever they go. During the 10km run, many runners recognized him, chatted and asked to take pictures together.
Tran Dang Dang Khoa has many beautiful photos with ao dai in the heart of Hue early in the morning, including famous landmarks such as Phu Van Lau, Forbidden Purple City, Truong Tien Bridge, Quoc Hoc Hue, Pedagogical University .. He also met many runners wearing ao dai, costumes, and funny cosplay. Travelers are satisfied when conquering the 10km arc in 1 hour 24 minutes 58 seconds. He said next time he will try to reduce it to 1 hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes.
"The track is beautiful, the organizers are very attentive, the runners and I are taken care of, eating comfortably after completing the distance, and receiving more meaningful gifts. It's a pity that this registration period slow, only 10km, next time I will run 21km, even practice more to conquer the dream 42km, "Dang Khoa said.
On April 15, when he went to Ngo Mon Square to receive Bib and a bag of items, he was also surrounded by many fans. The traveler excitedly checked-in with Bib in front of the Forbidden City and a series of scenic banners arranged around the Ngo Mon Gate by the organizers. He was impressed when MetaSports Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 gathered more than 10,500 athletes, twice the number of two previous seasons.
Dang Khoa believes that with the advantages of scenery and roads, MetaSports Marathon Hue in the next seasons will attract more domestic and foreign athletes and tourists.
After the race, Tran Dang Dang Khoa spent time enjoying the typical cuisine of the ancient capital, meeting some friends and fans, before returning to Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for a trip around the world by car next month.
By the end of March, Tran Dang Dang Khoa had traveled all continents by motorbike with Vietnamese number plates, with 73 countries and territories. He experienced remote places such as the Amazon, Greenland ... to "the end of the earth" in Patagonia. Ignoring the skepticism of many people about the unreal trip, for Khoa, this is a dream that has been nurtured for 20 years and made a 1,111-day journey around the world in three years. He admits that he is reckless, stubborn, determined to do what is right and believes in himself.
