Tuan Hai brings Hanoi to the top of the V-League
Before the host was in the last group, Hanoi easily controlled the game. But it wasn't until the 38th minute that they got ahead, thanks to a controversial goal. Captain Nguyen Van Quyet clicked the ball for Lucao to enter the penalty area, pressed and defeated goalkeeper Nguyen Thanh Thang. Many Ho Chi Minh City players reacted to the referee, thinking that the guest striker was offside. However, Ho Chi Minh City was "compensated" at the beginning of the second half. Thanks to this victory, Hanoi rose to the top of the V-League 2023 with the same 11 points but stood above Thanh Hoa thanks to more than the difference. And Ho Chi Minh City, with three points, is still in the last group.
