Tuchel helps Bayern beat Dortmund
Bayern only needed 23 minutes to lead 3-0. This is the best start of the Bayern coach on his Bundesliga debut. The home team scored another goal early in the second half, before Dortmund equalized two goals.
Gregor Kobel became the criminal of Dortmund. When the classic German football match took place just 13 minutes, the Swiss goalkeeper suddenly "gifted" to Bayern. After a poke from Datot Upamecano's home field, the goalkeeper missed. The ball touched Kobel's feet and went into an empty goal.

The 2-4 defeat to Bayern was Dortmund's first defeat in the Bundesliga since November 2022. With 53 points after 26 matches, the black and yellow shirt team fell to second. Meanwhile, Bayern regained the top position with 55 points. According to Opta, in the remaining eight rounds, Bayern has an 89.7% chance of winning the 11th Bundesliga in a row.
In the middle of next week, both teams will play in the quarterfinals of the German National Cup. Tuchel's teachers and students received Freiburg, while Dortmund were guests at RB Leipzig. In the other two pairs, Frankfurt hosts Union Berlin and Nurnberg hosts Stuttgart.
