The teams are divided into two groups, playing a round-robin round from April 25 to April 29. From April 30, based on the results of the group stage, the teams will play ranked from 1 to 4 and from 5 to 9.

The Asian Women's Club Volleyball Tournament took place at the Vinh Phuc Provincial Gymnasium with a capacity of 3,000 seats. In addition to invitation tickets, the Organizing Committee will sell from 500 to 700 tickets per day of competition, with prices ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 VND.
