Virtual run to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea

The virtual running competition "30 Vietnam Han Youyi" organized by V-Race will be registered free of charge from July 2nd.

Runner the whole country can register for accumulated running with 3 levels of 30 km, 60 km, 90 km. Each person chooses a distance depending on the ability and the level of challenge to set for themselves and complete within 30 days.

In order to calculate the achievement, participants need to have a measuring device such as a phone or a GPS connection clock when running, connecting the Strava application to the V-Race platform. Register to participate in the V -Race campaign "30 Vietnam -Korea Friendship Relations" here.

Runner started to perform challenges from 0:00 at night of the next day after registration. With this form, participants can flexibly arrange time and plan to complete the challenge. The average speed required from 3 minutes/km to 12 minutes/km (Pace 3:00 to 12:00). This is the right speed for even those with weak health, starting to get used to running.

2022 is the 30th anniversary of Vietnam-Korea friendship. The milestone of three decades marks the close relationship between the two countries, during which the two countries have made remarkable progress in most fields. The two countries have become each other's most important partners.

The V -Race campaign "30 Vietnam -Korea Friendship Relations" brings the message of desire to spread the spirit of movement, healthy living healthy life of the Vietnamese -Korean community. Upon completion of the challenge, participants will receive a virtual medal and certification as a celebration of efforts to complete the challenge.
