What does Lenny Daniel say about rumors of replacing Anthony January at Hanoi Buffaloes?

In the match between Hanoi Buffaloes and Saigon Heat, the VIP stand of Hoang Mai Stadium welcomed a special supporter: Lenny Daniel, a former player of the guests.

He has been at the center of recent speculation about Anthony January's future. Many close sources confirm that the 36-year-old player will be the new face of Hanoi Buffaloes in the next time.

Lenny Daniel admitted that he had trained with the Hanoi Buffaloes and had contacts with Anthony January in the past, but things did not go as rumored.

"I'm not playing for the Hanoi Buffaloes, everyone can relax. I'm here to help Anthony become a better version of himself",  Daniel shared.

The former Saigon Heat player said that he had just finished playing in Ecuador and had only been on a plane to Vietnam for about a week.

In the post-match interview, January also confirmed that the rumors about his departure were false:  "I have nothing to answer the rumors. I am here with the Hanoi Buffaloes and will not go anywhere".
