1 The MT Sports recharge account is established by MT Sports (hereinafter referred to as "MT Sports"), which can be consumed at the MT Sports service platform (msports.app) and can be recharged repeatedly. Prepaid account. MT Sports account balances are non-refundable, non-overdraft, and non-interest bearing. For loss reporting, please contact customer service.

2 The name of the MT Sports account is the registered email address provided by the user when purchasing, and the user needs to operate through this email address to enjoy various services, please keep it properly.

3 All enterprises, institutions, agencies, groups, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "units") legally registered in the country (region) where they are located, as well as domestic and foreign residents with full capacity for civil conduct (hereinafter collectively referred to as "individuals") can apply for the MT Sports account. Units and individuals applying for handling and using MT Sports accounts must abide by the provisions of these management regulations.

4 Account application method. Organizations or individual users can apply online through the MT Sports service platform. The user name of the account is the registered email address. The applicant cannot pay by cash, but should be recharged through online payment and other methods.

5 After the user recharges, the account balance cannot be refunded and the gift coupons cannot be transferred or donated. Please recharge the account balance according to your own consumption situation. The MT Sports service platform does not limit the number of recharges.

6 The minimum recharge amount for the user shall not be less than 20 yuan, and the subsequent recharge shall be a fixed recharge of multiple grades, namely: 50 yuan, 100 yuan, 200 yuan, 300 yuan, and 500 yuan (for details, please refer to the member recharge interface).

7 Account use. After using the service provided by the third-party service provider, the user can confirm the payment through the account, or the MT Sports service platform will deduct the corresponding fee after receiving the order completion information submitted by the service personnel. The specific fee is determined according to the price of the product and service used. The price of the product and service can be queried through the MT Sports service platform and APP client.

8 If MT Sports encounters a consumer dispute when consuming at a third-party service provider, the user can choose to report it to the MT Sports service platform, and the MT Sports service platform will try its best to assist in processing.

9 After the MT Sports account is opened, the applicant shall properly keep the account number, password and related information. Responsible for authorized use.

10 The MT Sports account shall be used and kept by the account owner. All consumption expenses and losses incurred by the account holder due to lending, transfer to others or due to careless custody shall be borne by the account holder.

11 The company and its affiliates do not provide express or implied warranties related to the MT Sports account, including but not limited to any express or implied warranties for its commerciality or suitability for specific purposes.

12 In order to provide better services, we may modify the above terms at any time. Please review these regulations regularly. We will announce the modification notice of these terms on the MT Sports official website and APP client. If any provision of these provisions is deemed void, void or unenforceable for any reason, such conditions of use shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

13 Before applying for a MT Sports account, the applicant confirms that he has read all the terms and conditions in detail. Both parties have no objection to all the terms of this management regulation, and have no objection to the rights and obligations, liability limitations and exemption clauses involved in these management regulations. The legal meaning is understood without error.

14 All explanations related to Meta Sports account are applicable to Vietnamese law.
